Job Title: Physiatrist – Outpatient Clinic.
Location: Dayton Pain Center, Dayton OH
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Physiatrist to join our dynamic outpatient pain clinic specializing in comprehensive management of chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions . We are looking for a provider with training and experience in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Ultrasound, Electromyography (EMG). The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for a variety of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and pain-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MSK ultrasound for diagnostic and interventional purposes.
Conduct EMG/NCS studies to assess common MSK and neuromuscular disorders.
Provide outpatient PM&R care, including non-operative management of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, pain specialists, and other providers.
Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing conservative and interventional approaches.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient encounters. • Educate patients on rehabilitation strategies, lifestyle modifications, and pain management options.

Preferred but Not Mandatory:

Spine fluoroscopy skills for interventional pain procedures (on-the-job training available if interested).

Qualifications:

 MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
 Fellowship training in MSK, Pain, or EMG/Neuromuscular is a plus but not required.
 Experience in MSK ultrasound and EMG/NCS preferred.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Dayton Pain Center is hiring for a full-time Pain specialist with PM&R, Anesthesia or Neurology primary specialty Dayton Pain Center (DPC) is a comprehensive, multi disciplinary pain center serving Dayton and Sidney area with a team of Board Certified Pain specialists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Counselors. Our team of providers evaluate and treat with most accepted forms of pain management including back injections, advanced interventional procedures such as implantation of spinal cord stimulators and intra- thecal pain pumps and medication management.

Dayon Pain Center DBA Wright path Recovery Center is an addiction treatment facility, which is a Ohio state certified outpatient addiction treatment center staffed with Physicains board certified in Adiction Medicine and counselors.Dayton Pain Center is experienced and qualified to apply for J-1 Visa waiver for Physician Applicants .
